Supervisory staff of the training environment
Kan Training is committed to continuously supervising the educational and training process and ensuring the quality of e-learning. Kan Training provides a supervisory staff for the educational process, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The supervisory staff's mission:
To provide consultations and technical solutions that contribute to facilitating the delivery of training courses and communication between trainers and course beneficiaries, and to controlling the quality of e-learning.
Trainer Communication Policy During the Course
The user is obligated to follow up with the trainer. Any inquiries should be sent via the trainer's message box, and the trainer will respond within a maximum of 72 hours.
The user is obligated to refrain from external communication with the trainer regarding the training course. Registration is automatically cancelled without compensation for any violation of this clause.
The user is obligated not to ask questions from the trainer outside the scope of the training course, and to keep their questions within the scope of the course.

Role and responsibilities of the site supervisory staff member: Position 1
Follow up on site procedures/overall supervision of the training process, training, guidance, and counseling for all parties involved in the educational process, and undertake follow-up and evaluation of the performance of trainers and students. Director 2
Follow up and resolve beneficiary problems/coordinate with trainers and trainees, communicate with all parties, and provide appropriate support. Technical Support Officer 3
Develop a strategy for the workflow of trainers and training courses. General Coordinator 4
Develop training plans, programs, and their themes, and develop a strategy for the workflow of trainers and training courses. Training Consultant 5
Manage quality assurance and monitoring processes for program implementation. Direct implementation of procedures to prevent quality problems during the training process. Quality Control Officer 6
Prepare training impact assessment reports and reports measuring trainer and trainee satisfaction with overall results and submit recommendations. Reports Officer 7
